"Terrible Experience – Completely Unresponsive and Unreliable"

I booked a Junior Suite at Fersal Hotel Manila in the early hours of April 16 via Booking.com, intending to stay until noon the same day. Due to the timing, I immediately requested a booking modification through the platform, which in turn tried to contact the hotel. Unfortunately, no one at the hotel could be reached—no staff answered phone calls or emails, and the only person on-site was a janitor who couldn’t assist at all. With no way to confirm my booking or check in, I had no choice but to go to another hotel. To make matters worse, Fersal Hotel has refused to issue any refund, despite clearly failing to provide the service I paid for. This hotel is completely unprepared for time-sensitive bookings, and their customer service is essentially non-existent outside of standard hours. I strongly caution other travelers to avoid this place unless you want to risk being stranded without support.
