Beautiful property with large garden and private parking. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was exceptional with so many choices and all freshly cooked and well presented. The staff are professional, friendly and cannot do enough. This was our second visit and certainly will not be our last.

A warm welcome. All staff friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable, lots of choices for a tasty breakfast. Quiet location, but easy walking distance to Sewerby Hall and village pubs. Ideal for visiting Flamborough, Filey and lovely beaches and cliff walks nearby Will return.

"Nice chilled weekend, not having to say a time for breakfast."

The breakfast was first class. No pre ordering all done at the table. Kim greeted us on arrival,& answered any questions. Then brought us tea & cream scones ,delicious.

Nothing to dislike, all first class. Two comfy armchairs to sit in & a lift to first floor if you need it. Shower was also very good ,with nice towels
