Marton Grange Country House

It is a beautiful, peaceful oasis surrounded by lovely gardens. We were greeted warmly and enjoyed tea and scones in the lounge on arrival. The attention to detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible was outstanding. Beautiful room overlooking the garden.

The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Cream tea on arrival Room was as clean and comfortable. Area was quiet although near a road. Breakfast good quality ingredients and great service. Overall a great stay Thank you

Garden was nice and breakfast nice . Very quiet and comfortable.

Staff extremely helpful and accommodating after having to change plans due to hospital admission. My daughter and son in law went in my place, they said the welcome afternoon tea amazing and breakfast was delicious. I was very envious but will book again to make sure I enjoy a weekend here myself. Thank you for allowing us to change guests.

The whole setting was superb. Hosts and staff friendly and accommodating.

Parking was a bit tight

We booked here for the local Kite Festival and Parkrun, both within 20minute walk. The staff meeting us on arrival were very attentive, hearing we would be running and not having breakfast we were offered, if we would like, a bacon sandwich on our return. We were then invited to have tea and scones after we'd taken our bags to our room. There was the option of a lift to get thhe bags up the one flight of stairs. Nothing seemed too much for the staff and owners.
