The employees and how clean my room was.

Breakfast not out at 5:00am as advertised. I had to leave for work at 5:15am. Certain employees had breakfast ready on time.

"No tv channels "

They had no streaming for tvs with only 3 channels. The hotel elevators and lobby need a face lift. I wont go back for this reason

I booked the room after viewing the pictures online, however the pictures were misleading. The room I got did not have a sofa as the pictures showed. I was not able to cancel or change rooms. Zero stars !!! Won't be back.
