"Bad hotel with no hot water for a shower."

I feel cheated by the Booking.com and Travelodge hotel. The hotel didn't have hot water for my shower. I didn't have a proper bath for 3 days, from check in until check out. I am angry, frustrated, uncomfortable and my body smell bad. I wanted Booking.com to compensate me for the amount rm400 for overcharging me with this bad hotel. This hotel is not worth the money rm832+ I paid for. Please compensate me per my request. Thanks Tan

The hotel didn't have hot water for my hot water shower which I needed. After more than 3 times of complaining to the staff, nothing improved.

Overall is good.. friendly muslim to stay ya.. 🤗🤗 my little girl love the pool..

Just a parking.. but it's ok.. just call a grab if you want go anywhere.. 😅😅

"Our 3rd Wonderful Travelodge Stay"

Rooms are lovely & big with comfortable beds, recently remodelled I believe. Shower was great & the bathroom clean & shiny. Very good value for money in a wonderful area for local food & massages. Location is excellent with many people around for the international types of street food. You can get any type of food here you like. Pool is not too big but very nice and refreshing. This was our 3rd stay in Travelodge Penang for 3 days and it was wonderful.

Little bit noisy with traffic & construction but being on the 2nd floor is to be expected. Quite a lot of building going on in the area so the noise starts early. This is December 2025 so I'm sure by this time next year the construction will be completed.
