Location is fantastic, near to all places I wanted to go.

The room is ok

The air conditioner,no so cool,ask u staff Bangla check like not professional at all,blur blur like sotong,the food breakfast fried rice no so clean,I eat then lao sai few days,u food need check before serve,u worker Bangla should won't admit they mistake la, please hiring local people to serve people if air conditioner got problem,I November will come against, please don't give me bad experience

Good location n friendly staff

TV can't be off by remote...will restart by itself again and agan after several minutes... disturbed our sleep. Was told it's faulty later when checked out. But why not being informed earlier. Sickening! Air conditioning was not operating properly.. couldn't get the cold temperature as required especially middle of the night, it felt so warm.

Room is a bit dark, especially bathroom with no light at the sink. We didn't have hotel breakfast. Location is excellent and there are lots of vendors and food selections.

Lack of lightings.

Good value, clean and efficient. Rooms basic, which is actually what I liked about hotel rooms.

Condition a bit dated, albeit still well kept.

Nothing much tho location is not heart of Georgetown .

The elevator only 2 and can only squeeze 2 pax with luggage + 1 child or 2 adults with wheelchair very tight . The room we booked is a 3 person room and bathroom are not walk in but need to step up steep step not convenient if you have elderly or very young children. Bathroom dimly litted and kind small. So wheel chair can't go in for helping those need to shower . Aircon really strong on one side of the room and basic . Don't expect much if u are choosing and floor carpeted are the thin types and looks aged
