St. George Hotel

Posizione ottimale a pochi passa dalla fermate metro linee M3 verde e M2 blu, ma la zona del centro con negozi, locali e ristoranti raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, e soprattutto sicura, camera spaziosa e confortevole (era quella con un angolo cucinino atrezzato), ottima pulizia

La colazione, buonissima per quanto riguarda la caffeteria, yogurt e il buffet del salato, per il buffet dolci poca scelta, solo pane tostato, nutella e marmellata e qualche biscotto.

The hotel is located in the center of Sofia. I traveled with my family, six people and got three rooms. Everyone in my family was happy with the amenities in the hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right near the centre of the old town, but on a side street so it is relaxed and quiet. There are some nice cafés and restaurants nearby. It is also close to two metro lines so it was easy to get to the airport etc. The breakfast was delicious and being able to sit in the garden area made it a wonderful start to the day. Plenty of options available as a vegetarian and I enjoyed the selection of teas. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They said hello when we came back to the hotel each day and had very good English. The room itself was a little dated, but for the low price it was better than I expected and I was happy. We had a balcony facing the front of the building and if you looked down the street you could see a mountain in the distance. The toiletries in the bathroom were good quality and refreshed when we needed more.

Some of the parts of the bathroom needed to be fixed. I don't mind about things like a cracked tile, I understand that happens and functionally it doesn't matter. But there was clearly once a shelf below the mirror, that is now just brackets. In a small bathroom the shelf would really make a difference so it would be good to fix it. Also the little basket in the shower to hold the shower gels needed to be fixed as it kept moving and things fell out. If you are planning to actually use the kitchen to cook, it might be worth contacting them in advance as the things you might expect, such as a chopping board or multiple pans, weren't present. Overall, nothing that ruined our stay, but it's the attention to detail for guest experience that makes the difference between a good stay and a great one.

O quarto é grande, com varanda e silencioso a noite. Atendimento da recepção muito bom, café da manhã bom e ótima localização.

Fiquei uma noite se água quente, mas foi resolvido. No café da manhã os ovos fritos ficam gelados e duros, pois são feitos bem antes. Optar por ovos cozidos ou prepar ovos fritos na hora.

Location was excellent for our sightseeing. Room was large and comfortable.

Aangename kamer , rustige buurt maar toch vlak bij centrum

Het ontbijt kon wat misschien wat meer broodvariatie bevatten, maar dat is verwaarloosbaar.
