Rodeway Inn High Point - Archdale

I was not happy when I arrived my reservation was a double room, and the front desk lady just checked the computer and called a man on the phone. and after 10 minutes I asked her what's wrong I want to go rest I had driven from Ohio 7 hours later the man came and said we don't have double beds, I'm going to put you in a king for tonight I told him yes but tomorrow can you change me to a room with two beds he said yes the next day I went to breakfast my daughter and I the breakfasts the service is terrible there was nothing I asked the front desk lady she said everything is over it was 7:30 that day the next day the same thing I went to 7 and no they don't put anything only waffles and they say breakfast is over no bagels no cereal no juice no milk no yogurt the service is terrible I will never return to that hotel

Staff was rarely available, choosing instead to post a sign saying they would be back (no telling when). At one point doors were locked during breakfast hours. Housekeeping never came to my room during my 3 night stay. Coffee maker in the room was broken. Hotel grounds were dirty and unkept. It was apparent noone cared about the place anymore.

this room was canceled when I arrived because I didn't have the $100 cash deposit and I still was charged, no one really Cary cash around

The beds were pretty comfortable.

It was not the cleanest place on earth. Room smelled moldy from the AC leaking water all on the floor. Shower was outdated and could've been cleaner and TV didn't pick up many channels! Would never stay here again..

the only thing I liked was the location. I didn't feel safe at this hotel. I booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. I couldn't even get my money back but was relieved to leave there with my life. This is thee worst possible hotel you could stay at

Cleaness of the bathroomand furniture. I requested that the furniture to be clean and it was not granted.

Front desk personnel was wonderful, helpful and informative! Happy about the Mo Smoking Ban and the building was completely Non Smoking. Parking was great!
