Fabulous expansive breakfast. Good value cocktails in the roof bar. Great position on the marina and friendly staff.

Probably an oversight but only one can of water in the room. Settee quite stained.

Friendly check-in, decent room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, room service (since Covid, lots of hotels don't offer this).

Noise coming from floor above - continual loud banging and crashing. I reported it twice via text and at least twice on the phone. It wasn't sorted out. Very old TV needs replacing with Smart one. No menu in room. Found it online, virtually no healthy options. Breakfast almost stone cold (I won't bother with the 'hot' option next time) - I feed this back every time I stay but nothing ever changes. Parking ridiculously expensive.
