Jas Boutique Villas

The villa design is poor. Bedroom is next to the pool area, the kitchen is at the front of the accommodation , next to entrance which neccessitates a 10 metre walk from bedroom to access kitchen, where cooffee is located.

Age of facilities, some areas and equipment need some attention.

Loved the private pool, the bedroom and bathroom and kitchen were excellent and comfortable, and great that there were spa facilities available 9am-10pm for very reasonable prices.

The TV wasn't working. Breakfast was average and came to us cold. Laundry services weren't available.

The location was close to restaurants and shops.

The property badly needs an upgrade. Very old and chipped furniture, mismatched doors. Pool is quite clean but filter comes on very irregularly with dirty old water feature lots of chipped tiles. Outside cushions are mouldy. Kitchenette and fridge are so far away from bedroom. You need to walk all the way down just to get a drink. Cupboards all different colours. Pictures make it look a lot nicer than it actually is.

I have stayed here many times and the staff location and place is excellent

The villa was well set and the staff were great, they looked after us for Nyepi!

It's my favourite place to stay in Seminyak, it's quiet yet close to the action, it's lovely, outdoor covered kitchen, 2 suites with a private pool, so you can share with family or friends. The breakfast is amazing and you couldn't ask for better staff. The best
