Amaris Hotel Cimanuk Bandung

The staff were very friendly and it was good value for money considering we stayed during holiday season. It is very loud and the window lets in a lot of noise from the road, and the walls are thin so we could hear everything in the hallways. There was a good choice at breakfast but you had to be down early as they didn’t refill some choice near the end. We also never asked for a wake up call but got a call every morning waking us up for breakfast, also at a different time each sleazy, some days 9.30 another 8. We asked the night before to not receive a call after it happened twice, but we still got woken up. The rooms are also more dated than in the pictures, as with most places, and some build up of dirt in places.

Should put a few sachet of coffee or tea bag instead of sugars. Should upgrade the room a little bit. Other than that no issue.

The location is excellent - easy walk to many delicious restaurants , nice cafe , great street food location. Near to Gedung Sate and Gasibu, pasar Cihapit , Riau Street , Distro2 , all in walking distance. The Staff is very friendly and helpfull - from security, front office, restaurant or cleaner. Food for breakfast in value for money and quite complete for this type of budget hotel. Cold and hot BF are provided ( tea, coffee, milk, varies of juices - chicken porridge, sweet porridge , lontong kari , rice, sauted vegetables, varies of fried noodles, meat , batagor , cilok, fruits , puding, etc ) .

The bathroom - between toilet and door so near - difficult to get in/out of bathroom No shower cap - while there is no adjustment on the shower - so your head will wet if you take a shower. Please provide it in the amenities

The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is very good, the staff are very friendly, the cleanliness is very good and the architecture of the hotel rooms is wonderful.

Honestly, there is nothing wrong or defective in the hotel.
