The breakfast is quite varied, the location is strategic, and all staff are friendly and helpful.

We did not stay on even though it was fully paid.

Aircon was terrible. Not cooling at all.

Location is great, with cullinary and shopping destination being nearby. This is budget hotel after all, so please manage your expectation. The kids pool is a good feature anyway.

Breakfast menu was not good. The room is okay. But with the same budget, we can book a better hotel in Bandung.

Small room No kettle

The location is pretty good for seeing some nearby tourist attractions or otherwise. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The bed was also quite comfortable, however I didn't sleep much due to a constant level of noise.

Stains all over the walls and bed sheets, scratches all over the toilet, clearly some renovation needed... the photos are extremely outdated. This is a very high traffic hotel, with thin walls, so the noise from the hallway, slamming doors, and other rooms was constant. My room was also next to the lobby area, and they have music playing constantly which prevented me from falling asleep and also woke me up very early in the morning. I had to ask them 3 times to turn down the music, it seems rather pointless to have a hotel room if you can't even sleep for more than a few hours. With some renovation and better soundproofing, this property could be much better.
