Just needs an update very dated and an upgrade to facilities. Invest in the rooms. Very dated purple colour. Beds need an upgrade

Nearly all the staff were very polite and helpful Very easy to communicate with as they all spoke English

The only negative was the lack of information regarding the popes visit , information was not given far enough in advance so it made it very difficult to get transport to the airport, regarding road closure and transport.

Being used to an aparthotel in PLaya Del Ingles, it took some adjusting to get used to a hotel room in this place with no kitchen/lounge etc. But once done, it was highly satisfactory. The room is a good size with an excellent balcony overlooking the pool and decent bathroom (I'd prefer a walkin shower to one over the bath though). The pool must be about 22 metres, and good for early morning laps before everyone arrives to claim their chairs. Cleaning daily was efficient and generous with towels (unlike the pool towels, which are limited before you pay), and they readily accommodated my request for a top sheet instead of an inadequate duvet cover. I was a bit thrown with a 1.50 euro charge for a glass of ice, and 15 euros to have a water boiling jug delivered to my room. The breakfast is a sight - its 4 serving stations are like being on a cruise ship, with multiple choice and unending buffet (just how many eggs do they do a day I wondered!). Location is close to the Jumbo cente but not a single sound travelled from there at night. Nor was there any noise from adjoining rooms. Overall, while Playa Del Sol is under renovation, this was a very acceptable replacement.

Don't charge for ice and hot water jugs.

Cheguei por volta da 12h00 e houve a possibilidade de me darem o quarto, sabemos que nem sempre é possível mas agradeço bastante porque como tinha viajado muito cedo fez a diferença. A comida é boa, os serviços gerais também, a localização, as camas. Mas acho que o destaque está na equipa. Nota-se que há gosto no atendimento e na atenção que é dada aos clientes.
