Some keyroom issues, but at least staff acted right away

Defo the staffs are the star of the property, thanks to Salsa especially, she handles all the matters smoothly and swiftly and always so informative. The Young Lady named Silvia, and Dekrys ( who managed to arrange wake up call) Well done guys!! Keep it good job

The lobby area looks tired and not clean, bit dusty and they keep the door open, so aircon is useless and waste of electricity. first room was has leaking aircon unit overnight and the aircon is not cool enough. And the window was broken so in the night you can hear really clear sound of motorbike, sometimes i feel stay newr Motorbike Racing Track 😉 2nd room had broken aircon aswell, the airflow was unstable so cause not please noise overnight, sometimes you woken up by tha noise.
