Friendly staff and absolutely lo:e the pool

Very clean

The location is perfect, there are restaurants nearby and easy access to Gastonia, Charlotte and South Carolina.

The only complaint I had was that the toilet was very low to the ground.

Everything was amazing! The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices everyday, including a different egg and meat choice daily. The coffee was fresh and hot. I will stay again when we return!! Special shout out to the night desk worker - I can't for the life of me remember her name :( - who comforted my 5 y.o. who came in crying on last night there because we were leaving in the morning and she was going to miss her great Oma (grandma) who we came to visit. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stay feel like home!

The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and my room was clean. While I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, it did smell great.

When I called the hotel to get information, I asked who I was speaking with as I like to address the person I'm speaking to by name, the gentleman wouldn't give me his name right away, as he continued the conversation , I asked again, and still he continued the conversation without giving me his name. While he was polite, he finally gave me his name. I just thought that was odd, that I had to ask more than once. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would stay again.
