En el servicio de desayuno, había una chica con gafas (lo siento, no sé su nombre), que nos ofreció todos los días una opción vegana caliente (salchichas de verduras). Agradecemos su atención y amabilidad.

Debería haber más opciones veganas. Por ejemplo, embutidos veganos.

Staff very friendly - especially front desk manager ?Gamina? She did her best to help with problems, like a bedside light not working. Clean, room service daily, good stock of toiletries. Breakfast, although uninspiring, was included.

Room was quite small, with nowhere to store cases except the floor. Haphazard experience - we were there during a hot spell, the room got very hot but the aircon was broken. Reported this twice, it was fixed twice, but fix only lasted a few hours. We gave up and got by with the fan they lent us, on the windowsill. One day we returned about 4pm and room hadn't been serviced, meaning we had no toilet paper or tissues at all - when reported, this was put right, but it took time.

Frühstück war sehr gut, vorallem die frisch-gemachten Waffeln schmeckten super. Bahnhof ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar, in 20 Minuten ist man in London City. Sehr sauber.

Die Toilettentür ist leider nur eine Schiebetür, sodass man nicht wirklich "abschließen" kann, da immer ein Spalt offen bleibt zwischen Tür und der Wand. Man kann zwar nicht durchschauen, aber sich so richtig "in Ruhe gelassen" fühlt man sich auch nicht. :-)

Comfortable cozy room with great view.

Depressing breakfast of very processed foods . The little fresh fruit was very unripe. Cereals and bread ultra processed .
