Great service

The biggest advantage is the location, It has access to SO MANY tourist attractions like the Hogle Park Zoo, Red Butte Garden & Arboretum, This is the Place Heritage Park, and the Natural History Museum of Utah. The breakfast varies each day. They have a store inside to buy drinks and food. The hotel is comfy; needs some small work in places that stuff is just worn out with age. There's a great viewing area on the 3rd floor that overlooks Salt Lake City with a view of the mountains that's great - about 3 dozen seats and 5 or so tables. Has a swimming pool, spa tub, and fitness center. And complimentary cookies.

Our rooms have always been clean. Pillows are excellent here. Has outside ‘deck’ off 3rd story, that’s unadvertised but very cool. Nice easy place to stay. Close to hospital and Huntsman Center.

For $200/ night it should be cleaner than it is. From the elevator areas to the room bathrooms there was clearly places not cleaned. I've seen better toiletpaper in the dollar store bathrooms than in this hotel. 😂 Not a terrible place to stay, but they could improve their cleanliness and quality of tp.

Made the reservation. Called to double check the room was for 5 people and the guy at the desk reassured me that is was in fact for 5 and that it had a hideaway couch. Get there and check in and when we get to the room there was in fact NO hideaway couch. I go down to the front desk he checks and apologizes and said that the person that checked made a mistake and marked it for handicap but that he couldn't get us another room because there was no other room. No one tried to fix it, offer any type of discount, or anything. So one of us ended up sleeping on the floor. Not ok
