Amazing hospitality and service by Binori in SuperSnax,Mayfair. Checked on us to see our preferences and made our visit to the restaurant extremely comfortable. Great food and hospitality. Enjoyed the Benne dosa and buttermilk

Das gesamte Gelände des Hotels ist einfach toll, mit viel Kunst und Natur. Mit Platz ist man sehr großzügig umgegangen.

Der Weg von unserem Zimmer zur Rezeption war leider sehr weit. Im Zimmer gab es keine Nachttischlampen, das einzige Licht am Bett war sehr grell und störend. Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt, aber die Decken im Frühstücksbereich während des Frühstücks abzustauben (mit langen Stöcken) war nicht sehr angenehm, das sollte nicht während der Frühstückszeit gemacht werden

Excellent Staff, very good infrastructure & ambience and very good food

We were booked by Booking .com We requested for a change of rooms as the suite was not available due to early check in . Hence staff gave us a room in the executive cottage which was very good. We requested to stay there instead of suite . We stayed there for the entire trip ,but we're not given any relief in the tariffs as we had booked through Booking.com. Would have liked to be given some discount for our stay,but none given .

Samanway he is very helpful and kind. He helped us in checking in and to explore the whole resort, also he had made our experience wonderful ❤️ by arranging boating at the resort.

Everything was just perfect at this place. The food was excellent, thanks to the choice of in-house restaurants. Ambience was calm, serene, just what we wanted for this trip. The location is convenient - central and close to everywhere in the city really. The staff were extremely professional - this is one thing that really stood out for me.

That we only spent two days at this beautiful place.

If you’ve watched the hit Netflix show - The White Lotus was to be set in India, Mayfair Lagoon in Bhubaneswar would be a top choice for the location - and we mean this in a good way. The sheer opulence, the vast expanse of the property, the well-appointed and ginormous rooms, the food (particularly the breakfast spread, especially the high quality black coffee) the cleanliness and the prompt & polite staff (special thanks to Samanway and team for going above and beyond) everything was top-notch. Also, special mention to Badal and team at Kanika for the overwhelming and authentic Odiya hospitality
