"Can't be beat!"

10.0

You can't beat the Brick Street Inn when visiting the Indianapolis area. I stay here every few months and I am never disappointed by the quality of my room and the personal service.

"Eat, sleep, drink & be merry!"

8.0

The little town of Zionsville, IN, where the hotel is located, will leave you wishing you could live there too. If you need a small getaway to relax...this is the place to go! Quaint artistic shops, trendy restaurants, wine cellars and brick paved streets. You won't be sorry you went! Our ONLY complaint, we were in room #4, right above the kitchen, which got started promptly at 6:30 a.m. every morning. Wake up! ;)

"Christmas EveEve 2015"

Pouring rain and doors locked made for a soggy arrival. The room was beautiful and comfortable but no chairs for sitting. The woman in the bar that served us a glass of wine was lovely, kind and attentive! We would stay again!

"If you stay here, avoid room #4"

4.0

Room #4 is apparently right above the restaurant's hood ventilation system, is very loud and vibrates all night long!! When we checked out we were asked how the room was and so we told about the noise/vibration. We were told matter-of-factly about the ventilation system. No apologies, no offers of anything to make up for it, just an "oh yeah, that room" type response. So disappointing for over $200 on a one night stay to start our Anniversary trip. Hotel is pretty and clean, just no customer service and full knowledge of this subpar room. They know about it but just hope no one complains too much. Doesn't matter though, you've ready paid.

"B&B with all you need"

10.0

We were arriving late due to a change in time zones that we didn't realize. But the staff was so helpful. They gave us the code to the back door and allowed us to "officially" check-in the next morning. The rooms are stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. The only problem is you may not want to get out of bed in the morning because they are so comfortable. They have a coffee station and a fridge with drinks and snacks. The location in the small town is good too. Patrick has a restaurant downstairs that has tasty preserves compliments of his wife's secret recipe! If we are ever in Indy again we will stay here.

"Friendly, personal small hotel"

8.0

I don't like the sterility of chain hotels, so Brick House Inn was a nice find. I was visiting Indianapolis to watch my daughter play in a national soccer tournament. My bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and very clean. I appreciated the small trail mix snack cups and assorted beverages available to guests. The staff was personable and helpful. The amenities are not what you'd get at a larger downtown hotel (e.g. HDTV, pool, fitness facility) but the small town charm and ease more than made up for it.
