La localisation parfaite, proche du centre mais pas en plein dedans non plus donc un peu de calme Chambre confortable Petit déjeuner correct

Manque un peu de place / rangement dans la chambre, avec les valises c’est très vite le bazar

Die Lage und die entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Anlage und besonders der Garten sind sehr schön gepflegt. Das Personal ist angenehm freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich enttäuschend. Verbrannter Toast und winzige Portionen Marmelade und Butter. Laute Musik schon beim Frühstück

L’emplacement avec une très belle plage et un coucher de soleil. La végétation des allées. Le super bungalow, en plus on était au rez de chaussée vue mer. La gentillesse du personnel. Les plats du restaurant mais pas assez ce choix par contre. Les super cocktails. Le calme après l’agitation de Playa Del Carmen. Bon emplacement à côté du centre ville.

Pas assez de choix au restaurant. Le bungalow un tout petit peu trop petit mais il était superbe. Piscine un peu trop petite

The rooms were clean. The staff was really good.

The beach was filthy. The water looked black, goey, and stunk like sewage water. We couldn't even get near it. From speaking to other people, it looked like it was from sargasum they never cleaned up and left to rot. Also, as a hotel guest. you are not able to use beach chairs at the beach without paying the fee the non-guest pay (consuming at the restaurant/bar). You can only use the chairs from the inside in the hotel. Every day, we had to pay taxis and access fees in beaches from other hotels to be able to enjoy our trip.

It was in a great location, close to the beachfront and a short walk to the main shops and restaurants

It was beachfront but you couldn’t actually use the loungers and facilities on the beachfront without paying for a pass to their beach club, if I’d known this I might have booked somewhere else. The breakfast was also good but there was no selection so after 4 days of the same thing we decided to eat out, getting the breakfast wasn’t really worth it

Very nice place on the beach, good breakfast, friendly staff, close to the main street.
