La verdad que estuvimos encantados con la estancia, el trato fue exquisito y nos resolvieron todo lo q le pedimos en el momento. Nos dejaron detalle en la habitación el dia del cumpleaños de mi madre, para mi un detallado. Repetiremos seguro

La comida tipo buffet muy enfocada al público extranjero. Pero como en todos los hoteles. Y la bebida si que no era de muy buena calidad

The RIU is a beautiful location for a quiet holiday. Great pools and some of the food is good but not all.

Disappointed because this was the third time we have visited this Hotel and our room was very small and with a tiny, shaded balcony. Nothing like the previous room. We complained but the woman at check in said “ well there are worse rooms”. Hardly helpful. The main restaurant was very poor and all food there was overcooked and poor quality. The themed restaurant were better but had to be booked in advance.

The overall experience was great. The facilities are modern and beautiful, the pool areas are incredible, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire 7-night stay. The main buffet always offered a great variety and excellent quality, which we truly enjoyed every day. The entertainment activities super nice and the #RiuParty on Friday was awesome.

The themed restaurants (Italian, Grill, and Mandalay Chinese) were disappointing. Instead of being proper sit-down restaurants, they felt like smaller extensions of the main buffet. The Grill lacked variety, the Chinese buffet had very limited options, and the overall food quality wasn't up to par. The Italian was slightly better but still a buffet. Honestly, the main buffet was always a much better option than any of these three.
