ibis Leiden Centre

This hotel had everything we were looking for, and the staff were great. The room was good, and although it looked onto the train station, there was no noise, and we enjoyed a good sleep. The 12 o'clock check out and luggage storage were very much appreciated.

Great location, right opposite station. 10 min walk to centre of town

Room was tiny and the bathroom didn't drain-stink or shower. Had to stop mid shower to wait for it to drain before continuing. No safe or fridge. Very basic room for not a basic price

Es hat muffig im Flur gerochen und die Badetücher wurden nach dem zweiten Tag nicht gewechselt trotz wir die schmutzigen Badetücher auf den Boden gelegt haben. Die Zimmer sowie das Bad waren ein wenig herunter gekommen.

IBIS Leiden City Centre is perhaps one of the best IBIS hotels in the network. I'm an ACCOR Gold member, and I have found rooms at this property to be bigger, cleaner, and better maintained than a typical IBIS or even an IBIS Styles hotel. Top notch staff: Hanae and Robert greeted and assisted me at check-in with sincere hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism that rival a 5 star hotel. They addressed me by name, recognized my elite status, offered me something to drink (I was quite thirsty after a long, delayed flight), and ensured that I had everything I needed for my 4 nt stay (e.g, extra pillows). Housekeeping has kept the guest room clean and well supplied with amenities. Location: across the street from Leiden Centraal and next to grocery stores; a block from the main street where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants.

La posizione, molto comoda per i collegamenti

La scarsa pulizia della stanza e l’eccessivo costo (più di 1000 euro per 4 notti). La posizione è buona per i collegamenti, ma è di fianco alle case popolari, quindi in un punto non così bello e per questo mi ha lasciata ancora più perplessa il costo. Inoltre non include la prima colazione che mi è costata ben 17 euro e assolutamente non li vale (materie prime di scarsa qualità). Non fi tornerei, in zona c’è sicuramente di meglio a meno.
