The staff had very good use of English and were incredibly helpful and positive, the spa area was amazing on the body after a long day of snowboarding on Uludag, and the rooms were pretty great.

The laundry service was pretty tricky to use and seems like it could do with an update to the system (maybe using a QR code and a photo of your laundry) especially since there was no good way to request it was picked up. The breakfast buffet was a little bit lacking, I felt some of the budget could've gone towards more warm meat or eggs that were kept warm and ready to go, rather than what was basically a sandwich station with cold meat, and an omelette station where you feel your order may be missed. The restaurant and room service could have done with some healthier options.

Atmosfera hotelului elegant și primitor,piscina termala superbă personalul de la intrare și până la ieșire toți au fost zâmbitori și gata să ajute ,priveliștea din camera asupra orașului de vis,pozitia aproape de centru...

Nu mi-a plăcut televizorul ,ar fi putut fi de actualitate la confortul și eleganța camerei s-ar fi potrivit mai bine ...
