Excellent home cooked breakfast, very friendly staff

The one person we met was lovely

When I booked i felt sure it said breakfast included but when we arrived the lady said it wasn't, then she said they made a mistake and it was included. When my partner went down a bit later she was told that they had changed our room for some reason and breakfast wasn't included so we left early.

Uncomfortable bed

Excellent breakfast, not just foods but how staff treat the guests

There is no lift (we stayed second floor) and when I tried to run bath very hot water splashed from the shower and from the tap at the same time, which was little dangerous. The sound of running water was noisy (from tap, shower and toilet)

Step to the balcony was really high. It was OK for us but someone with mobility problem might struggle

The food was outstanding - particularly the evening meals. The motel rooms were the main reason for choosing Knights Court - my mother-in-law is disabled. You also organised to have our rooms next to each other (which we didn't expect you to be able to do). It was so convenient to have two rooms together with parking right outside for easy wheelchair access.
