Staff very friendly, welcoming and on hand for a chat or advice or assistance. Location is wonderful and perfect for long seaside walks on the lengthy prom or dunes and picturesque gardens along the way. Breakfast was excellent with large pits of tea, plenty toast and fruit and a fried breakfast option. I was in one of the self contained rooms at the back which suited me perfectly. Had the best nights sleep I've had in years.

Nothing to dislike for me.

Very friendly and welcoming staff Efficient at explaining security and door locks Nice smile and offering to help with anything you need Really nice and well presented bedroom even with binoculars to look across the landscape Breakfast really nice and cooked to order

Perhaps too NicNak ornaments around Shower plug hole had dirt coming up when emptying sink

From arriving to leaving all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful . All specifics described & explained. Everywhere clean if cluttered ! Bathroom clean & shower good. Breakfast really good. Good choice & nice quality. Tea & coffee in rooms Bit like staying in a seaside antique shop ! But I've got to say good location & a pleasant stay. & good value for money. Quirky the staff said often, maybe that sums it up Yes I'm confused too !

Reminds me of 1960s B&Bs but no landlady with a pinny & broom. Ornaments & objects everywhere. Double bed pretty much filled the sea view room & not that large strangely?

Great hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel both of which were fantastic and generous portions. The room was very comfortable.

I'm some parts of the hotel signal isn't great but the hotel WiFi could be used instead
