A localização. É bastante perto da zona histórica de Chaves. Não precisámos de pegar no carro.

Os quartos são bastante antigos. O mini bar do nosso quarto não funcionava. O ar condicionado fazia bastante barulho. Comparando a receção e os quartos, a receção parece bastante moderna e os quartos são bastante antigos. Precisam de renovar. O pequeno almoço não tinha grande variedade.

El entorno histórico del Forte de São Francisco y comodidad de las camas.

Piscina que no se podia usar por no estar todavia habilitada para uso de los clientes tras una ola de calor que lleva más de una semana, desayuno con poca variedad y televisiones pequeñas tanto en las habitaciones como principalmente en el hall. Los clientes que como yo queríamos ver la final de la champions este sábado 30 tuvimos que mover el mobiliario del hall a 3 metros de la televisión que realmente es una normal y corriente de una habitación en otros hoteles de la misma categoría.

Todo o hotel, comodidades e localização excelente!

Piscina ainda fechada, quarto sem vista para o exterior. No entanto, já tinhamos visto na reserva que tinha muita iluminação em janelas superiores, mas sem vista.
