Staff were lovely and friendly. The apartment we were in was very well appointed with great views across the water to Valletta. The hotel is very centrally located in Sliema, which is great for boat trips and the ferry to Valletta, but it is also very busy, with bars underneath. It was very loud on our first night until well after midnight, but that was a Saturday night. The following nights were not a problem, but bear it in mind if you are a light sleeper and not out partying!
Use of elevator limited and was in awkward position
Been to Malta 4 times, and I’ve stayed here 3 so tells it’s own story Right on Sliema waterfront so handy for buses, ferries, restaurants, nightlife, walks. Airport bus X2 stops 200 yards from property This time I stayed in a room, very clean, with shower, tv, fridge, safe. Previous occasions I stayed in apartment with kitchen, worth it for the extra money, as you can eat in room. Hotel is like a collection of rooms, there’s no restaurant, bar, foyer, anything like that. Would highly recommend for anyone who has been to Malta before
Fantastic apartment, lovely staff spotless could not find any faults at all can not wait to return,so welcoming rooms cleaned daily,top up of coffee tea bags,milk and sugar daily the view from the apartment is breathtaking enjoying our meals on the balcony every day.
Good sized 2 bedroom apartment with a great 8th floor balcony overlooking the Sliema Creek with views of Valetta and Manoel Island. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pros: Great view Regular cleaning Friendly and helpful staff Central Strand location near Ferry, buses and boat trips Cons: In need of general refurbishment Ceiling paint flaking off over cooking area Black mould in showers Can be noisy from above when guests decide to party in the Jacuzzi area at 3am Bedside lamps for reading are missing Overall, we had a great stay for almost a month. Its not perfect but its excellent value and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
We could not have chosen a better hotel for our stay in Malta. The hotel was clean, and the staff very friendly. The location was perfect, close to ferries, buses, and dozens of restaurants.

I stayed with my family in a two bed apartment overlooking bay. Spotless clean and comfortable with everything necessary. View from balcony is great and u can spend hours. Only minor points are: entrance on ground floor is difficult to find initially as this is within the restaurant extension downstairs. Also there are loud music past midnight, which looks like a norm here. So if u stay in 2/3rd floor u might have problem sleeping early.
Room 302 had a great view of the sea. My first and second cup of coffee each morning was enjoyed watching the sea. Unfortunately the sea became rather wicked for five days of my stay (Storm Hilios occured). But no one can control the weather!
