Jättebra frukost i trevlig miljö

Tyvärr ligger hotellet en liten bit från centrum men den sista dagen hittade vi den snabbaste vägen. Hade varit bra att hitta den meddetsamma. Det kunde personalen hjälpt till med initialt.

Clean, relaxing atmosphere, welcoming reception

Wish there was a jacuzzi but facilities were excellent

I loved the rooms and the garden was just the most beautiful garden. I loved the two swimming pools and my swim with 2 beautiful frogs my last day! Great sauna and stunning yoga studio. I was not there long enough to enjoy that or a massage but would definitely use if I came back. The only small issue was the noise in my room early morning as the staff were setting up breakfast. Also that beautiful young and dining area had a huge TV screen playing images of places that were not nearly as nice in the space we were in and for me really destroyed a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. Otherwise wonderful place and wonderful staff .I will definitely be back if I return to Lisbon. Thank you

they sort of ignored me when i arrived after a long day of travel delays. someone else was checking in and i was standing there and after he was done checking in, the receptionist got up and disappeared, while the other person at reception was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me until i asked if i could check in, and then i had to wait for the other dude to come back. just a head nod of acknowledgment would have gone a long way.
