The lady who did the check it was super nice, the old lady who did my check out behaved aggressively and with an angry attitude when she came to open the gate for me at my check out. Just a plain nasty behaviour. The pillows smells so bad but it seemed like it was my only decent option when I missed my bus to Salento.

Excelente atención tanto de la niña que nos recibió como del señor de la noche y la señora Doralba, excelente personal

No mucho la niña que estaba el día de salir del hotel, el lunes 3 de noviembre, no recuerdo el nombre. Muy poco servicial y muy parca a diferencia de las dos personas anteriores
