Landhaus Edelweiss

Hotel Landhaus Edelweiss truly stands out for its incredibly friendly and helpful staff—whether at the reception, in the kitchen, or the housekeeping team. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everyone is always smiling and ready to assist. Great value for money! The rooms were reasonably priced, and we even received a fantastic discount on breakfast, which was worth every euro! We have never had such an affordable yet high-quality breakfast—there was an excellent selection of teas, nut butters, delicious coffee (with oat milk as an option), plenty of nuts, coconut flakes, raisins, homemade cakes, and other healthy and unique options—not just the usual sausages and scrambled eggs. The hotel offers a parking area, which is a big advantage considering the heavy snowfall at over 1,600 meters above sea level. Even if the hotel’s parking is full, there’s plenty of space right next to the building. The village itself is charming, set at the foot of dramatic snow-capped peaks, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Perfect place to relax after skiing! The hotel has three small saunas and a relaxation area with six loungers, available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It was a perfect way to warm up and unwind after a full day on the slopes. The rooms were spacious, allowing enough space for large suitcases, and the bathroom floor heating worked so well that it felt like a mini sauna—a perfect treat for frozen feet after skiing! Comfortable beds and a great night’s sleep—maybe it was the exhaustion from skiing, but we slept incredibly well. The entire hotel was warm, spotlessly clean, and cozy. In summary: one small, charming village, and three truly exceptional places! The Edelweiss hotel with its saunas, Be Well massage studio with an amazing atmosphere, and s'Pfandl Pitztal restaurant with delicious food. We had everything we came for on this winter getaway—peace, sports, and relaxation—all just three minutes by car from the glacier!

The staff were super friendly and helpful the accommodation was perfect a 3 minute walk to the ski lifts 2 restaurants right outside breakfast was superb had plenty of parking a room to keep your equipment and was very very clean I had an amazing time and it was mainly down to my stay here thank you so very much

I couldn’t find a fault

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Location is a hidden gem. Amazing view. Breakfast very rich.

Smaller bathroom.

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The guest house has a homey, storybook chalet feel to it. We loved the wooden furnishings. It was extremely clean!

As this was our first time in the area, it was a bit unsettling to arrive to a dark, quiet building. (It was before 21:00, but after the 18:00 late check-in.) That being said we adjusted quickly. It is important to know in advance that while the kitchen is very functional, you must bring all of your own personal supplies (coffee/tea - if you drink before their breakfast, sugar, salt, etc). Lastly, if you are a religious Sabbath observer, kindly ask them to turn off automatic lights!
