The Kingsley at Eversley

Breakfast was good. The room was OK; the bathroom good.

The room, although Ok, was very basic.

Lovely bedrooms, character dining room and very relaxed/country style location with lovely staff. Very pleasant.

The staff were friendly on arrival, and called to confirm i was still arriving, as I had travelled for over 4 hours to visit family and checked in roughly 8pm, they offered breakfast options, and I had access to the room even when returning 11pm after a meal with family in the area The room and bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries, comfortable night sleep

The corridors up to the room smelled strongly of pet urine, the room thankfully did not have a odour. I requested access to the EV charger or arrival at roughly 8pm, unfortunately someone had parked their 90’s jaguar in front of it, the staff mentioned the gentleman would be leaving early in the morning, seeming to make mo effort to ask the owner to move the car I ended up checking out at 8am and the charger was still inaccessible leaving me with a near-flat battery in the morning, and had to seek other EV chargers in the local area when going out of my way to book a hotel with access to car chargers, especially annoying when the car parked there was not electric, or charging.

The breakfast was very nice, only had poached eggs on toast cereal and coffee. It makes a change for somewhere to know how to poach an egg and still have a runny yolk.

Maybe the decor needs a bit of freshning up in places. But the room was very clean and tidy considering they let you bring dogs to stay.not a smell of dogs any where.
