Cernobbio Residence

La ubicación y la posibilidad de parking, cosa casi imposible en toda la zona del lago.

Al ser apartamento, tenía cocina, pero no nos dejaron artículos de limpieza para lavar los platos/vasos/cubiertos, tuvimos que pedirlo. Mejor no cocinar, los utensilios son justos, muy desgastados y no muy limpios. Por otro lado, tiene lavadora pero no te incluyen tampoco un básico de detergente. No están obligados, pero sería un detalle a valorar que si tienen otros lugares y que facilitan mucho la estancia cuando duran pocas noches y no podemos andar comprando como si fuese para nuestra casa en el día a día. También te obligan a tirar la basura (solo te dejan una bolsa puesta, y bastante endeble) antes del check-out) bastante irónico teniendo en cuenta lo anterior.

Endroit sympa au calme, joli jardin et de belles terrasses , le restaurant est également joli et on y mange bien . La climatisation allumé à notre arrivée ( il fesait 38 dehors)

Nous avons renoncer à cuisiner. Plaque du four plein de gras, casserole rouillé et poêle au revêtement totalement rayé. Dommage car la cuisine est très bien équipé et très spacieux pour un studio.

It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was in the right place, we never even considered something wasn’t right, until the landlady called and said that there had been a mixup & she had made a mistake & we would have to leave the apartment immediately. We were then directed next door, to the right residence. We understand mistakes can happen (although this one was particularly strange!), but you would think that everyone would understand how this was uncomfortable for everyone involved - especially us - but we were unfortunately ‘greeted’ at Cernobbio Residence, with very little kindness, instead we were put through very uncomfortable ‘3.rd degree’ by the owner, about the tlf.number & who we had talked to etc. & then finally giving us a hard time about coming for check in at 8:30 pm and not 6:30 pm, as it stated online (obviously we were in a different apartment at that point!). We Had actually been recommended their restaurant for dinner, which originally was our plan, but with the very unfriendly check-in we decided not to.

Property is beautiful and everyone who works there gave me so much help and direction as this was my first trip to Italy for a family wedding. They made my stay very memorable and I’ll be sure to be back.
