Very comfortable bed loads of hot water in shower and sinks staff allowed us to have a downstairs room

No utensils in kitchen to enable us to cook,lacking cutlery, toaster was dirty, fan in ceiling was broke blade was missing no seats to sit at breakfast bar

"Bed comfy but the room generally all looking old and uncared for."

Bed was fairly comfortable

Poor tea and coffee. Broken doorway blinds difficult to get privacy. Old blanket felt unclean and no spare for extra warmth.

Ultra basic for the price: 1/2 a roll of toilet paper only, no tissues, no face washers, chipped & cracked paintwork around the bed head/side table set-up, ultra cheap teabags, etc
