No in person interaction with the operators, everything by phone call or text. Room was very old. Very expensive for what it was. $570 per night.

The owner was pleasant.

We stayed on Room 1 which was a special needs room. The ceiling fan was broken. Their room service was change towels only. 2 small cakes of soap for 3 days. Highly overpriced even for Christmas! See Trip adviser for more.
