Good location. Rooms were big enough. Staff was very kind.

The room smelled a little bit like mold, but it was not too bad.

I purchased the room based mostly on price, but also proximity to the airport.

The room is small. I bought it for a friend traveling from a remote location. He said the room was not so clean. The properly literally NEVER responded to any messages from me written in English. In local language, they responded quickly. I will cancel the reservation for his return, and will not stay again.

Good location, value for money and close to food stall, kiosk and mini market around the hotel

Walls and floors of the room and bathroom so dirty, its like never been cleaned for long. Linen / bed sheet, pillow sheet and towel looks dirty. Need to renewal all the linens and change the bed as well.

A night at amaris hotel makassar. All hotel crew member, include security guard, shows warm hospitality. I choose to stay here because suit for bussines and family. 2 star hotel with good service in centre Makassar City. The breakfast is good, for start the new day. Including hot tea or cup of coffee.

The room next door very very noisy at midnight, I cannot sleep and there was no warning at all from the hotel clerk.
