Nice stay for 3 days 2 nights. We got compliment cake for my daughter bday & my bro graduation, thankyou mba Wulan. Bfast was ok. Nice room with classic furniture, not too crowded. The staff are so friendly, hope Santika Premier Smg have children facilities like kids club someday. Thankyou

Breakfast is good plenty of choices.

We came at 1pm, the room wasn’t ready. Then we went out and came back at 3pm. Again the room wasn’t ready. We knew the check in time at 2pm. But it’s disappointing that we had to wait until 3.30pm.
