We specifically booked and paid for a 2-bedroom king suite, but what we were given was a single room with two double beds. The online listing was misleading and not accurate to what we received. When we brought this up to the front desk around 11 PM, the staff was not helpful and made no effort to resolve the issue or offer any alternatives. The beds were small and uncomfortable, and the room overall was not what we wanted or what we paid for. Very disappointing experience.

Great location. We are local and needed a last minute venue for a pool party as another hotel canceled on us twice. Friendly front desk and staff. They were in the middle of a remodel but that didnt bother us at all. Pool was great, atmosphere was great. The room was very spacious. I liked the beds and pillows. No noise whatsoever except from my child. Only complaint on our stay is we couldn't get the TV to cast from our devices or use the Netflix or you tube on it. Other than that it was amazing. Will be even better once Pizza Ranch officially opens across the street! Also like I said, we are local and needed a venue for a party. So this was nice to not only have the venue, a room and get to stay the night away from home like we were out of town was refreshing and the price was super affordable. Oh and the breakfast also had gluten free options.

They were in the process of remodeling and hadn’t installed hairdryers yet but other than that it was great as always The new mattress was very comfortable and the new Television was very nice. Breakfast was the normal Holiday Inn Express quality and the service was as expected.

The breakfast was incredible so many options pulling hot tub was really clean and nice and everyone there was welcoming and helpful

Absolutely blown away by the rooms! Very beautiful hotel, has some remodeling going on but was not an issue for us at all. We had a small birthday for my son, the pool was beautiful and hot tub was nice and warm! Comfy beds! Definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a nice family friendly environment ☺️ the location was next to Walmart and alot of other food options. Very clean rooms! Front desk was pleasant as well. No noise issues, besides my kids being loud and rude and causing me to have a spaz out lol amazing hotel!

If your looking for a clean well kept facility you might look elsewhere. Given that I’ve spent 500+ for two nights I expect better than this.
