"Clean and friendly"

Great clean place! Liked the welcome snacks and wonderful breakfast. Close to Walmart and other restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful when my reservation was inadvertently cancelled. Workout area was clean and nice to use as well.

This was our 1st time here & this specific location FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! They're AMAZING! We're SO thankful for them! 100 stars if I could give it. The entire staff was helpful and accommodating! Will definitely come back ASAP!!!!

"Holiday Inn Review."

The room they selected for me was awesome. They also gave me a great discount considering I drove from out of town and the hotel i had booked, pool was closed. They accommodated all of our needs. We had alot of fun by the pool and hotel was very clean. Breakfast had multiple options.

"Same old same old"

The front desk staff have always been great- very welcoming and they make check in super easy. The staff at breakfast are a different story- indifferent, will stare past you rather than say Good Morning. I travel here at least 5 times a year and the experience is the same each time. And please, can we offer something for breakfast other than biscuits and gravy…every single time. The hotel has numerous reminders asking positive reviews, but they always mention new beds and bigger tv’s. Nothing about services or their people. That’s what makes me want to stay at one property over another. I told myself this trip that if biscuits and gravy was the breakfast again today, I would look to stay elsewhere. So I guess I’m looking for a new hotel in Williston.

"Great rooms, TV and comfortable beds"

Very nice hotel and comfortable rooms. Slept very well and enjoyed my stay. I will definitely choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Williston the next time I’m up here for business in the future. Hotel was also centrally located so I was able to get to my scheduled visits in a timely manner.

"Business as usual"

Key cards are constantly an issue and vending machine often doesn’t work. I do not understand why 200 characters is needed to describe this issue. So I guess that would be another nuisance. Then the pool has been out of commission for a long time as well.
