Was staying on the 3rd floor, as I had a 2yr old child.

Esplanade is nice Well equipped

Avoid apartment 24! Horrendous smell of a very dirty dog especially in bed 2. Nothing could shift it. Bedlinen is thin and old and didn't smell clean. Whole place shabby and every wall marked and stained. Blinds are dusty and windows fingerprinted. Check in was late and there is nowhere to wait not counting a bench in the sun. Photos sent to hirers on arrival with no response. Our worst hire in Aus.

The distance from the city.

The place No. 20 was not as described, and most of the facility items were not working or broken. I have attached the photos and most of the facility safety in the place. Microwave not working Smoke alarm not working The floor cracked, and the doors and windows are hard to close or open Reng hode noi lighting and a noisy fan. Blcony is so dirty, and the chairs have not been cleaned for a long time. A nest of ants or other insects on the balcony. Bathroom rail for twels broken and keeps falling. The swimming pool has not been cleaned. Jcozy only 3 minutes timing. The BBQ Area smells bad, and the grill has not been cleaned. No Gaz Bautel even when I reporte it. The reception mael didn't care. It was an unusual experience, and I have been disappointed with Booking. Come to have such a listed property.

Last minute booking, got us in the apartment within 2 hours. Great location for our family. Comfortable but could improve on furniture, beds and pillows.

The floor was filthy! As soon as you got out of the shower, your feet would be black. We don’t wear shoes inside so we really felt it. Not enough cleaning equipment either. No dish soap is supplied, no surface spray and not enough toilet paper. Everything had to be purchased additionally and that was off putting.
