Hotel Hacienda Abraspungo

I loved the gardens! It’s a beautiful place to stay because of the views. The food was amazing, too.

I thought I could do activities inside, but I had to visit near towns to do some sightseeing. I traveled with 2 kids younger than 5. When I asked about activities at the front desk I didn’t like the way they approached. They weren’t rude with words, but I think it was the way in which they said things.

Excellent service, good food, very nice and quite place.

The hotel facilities are beautiful it’s got a little area with animals making it fun for kids you actually see lots of kids which makes its really hard to rest if that’s your intention, you can hear everything from the room next to you. but to make story short I didn’t have a good time there, room was cold had no heater, sheets too heavy, it rained and bathroom ceiling had a leak, the door has a gap, and a lot of cold air gets through it,(I heard they have better rooms) but what I got wasn’t good, not to mention that I booked for 4 nights and I needed to check out one night earlier at my arrival asked if I could get reimbursed for the last night the sled to contact Expedia so I did twice and Expedia contacted them twice and supposedly they never got anything from Expedia, clearly they just didn’t want to work with me and lose that money, we went for a church convention, and I just didn’t want the church to lose the money. I also heard there’s better places to stay in Riobamba.

Nice place to enjoy the Riobamba weather and their nature.
