Villa Pavlina

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique : à la fois à l'écart (donc au calme) et relative proximité avec le centre de Fira (1,3 km à pied ou arret de bus à 5 minutes de ka pension).

Chambre propre et propriétaires arrangeants. Un peu bruyant.

The hotel is in Karterados a nice and quite area just 20mins walk away to Fira the capital of santorini. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around, a good bakery is totally a must try in the area . The hotel is perfectly basic, clean and comfortable. With a little pool to dip into after an extreme warm day of walking ariund. Wouldn't mind to stay again in this hotel next time we visit santorini again.

Bit difficult to find, well tucked away off the main street. Toilet was broken on arrival, but quickly fixed. Very cosy overall, and the gals are very happy and helpful. Would stay again.

The stay was terrible I asked for two beds and to be changed from the room before entering , she didn’t want to change us. Small room and can not fit two people in there. Tiny as as they, they have ia cuboard on top of the mini bar empty no water nothing, extreamly hot weather and we where told there are two supermarkets in the area and we can buy from there. I’m discussed. The room stunk of suruge and still didn’t want to change room for us the service was terrible. I will be notifying other places about this place I paid my taxes for the place of stay and I had to pay tax again cash in hand. Disappointed! Do not recommend this place at all pick another place.

Enjoyed our stay

Nice clean hotel. Madame Pavlina is very nice & very accommodating. Nice facilities & well priced.

I arrived at 11pm exhausted and just wanted to check in shower and go to bed. I waited 20min as he was serving another couple and there was an issue with their booking as the hotel was over booked and had no room for them. When I finally got to check in my room was filthy and not cleaned. Sheets pulled up and not changed. towels rolled up and not changed they smelled (couldn’t believe it myself), hair and dirt everywhere, something sticky on both bedside tables. shampoo and body wash half used, toilet roll wrinkled due to being wet. The location, room and hotel itself is nice and if it was clean I would give 5 stars but unfortunately that’s not so. What’s worse is I complained and receptionist was rude and unhelpful telling me it was clean. He reluctantly gave me products and linen so I had to clean the room myself as there was no one else at that time (just terrible). He was not apologetic at all. I then spoke to the manager about it three days after who was just as rude and denied the room wasn’t cleaned and called me a liar, totally unapologetic. I didn’t want anything but an apology and I didn’t even get that. Terrible service, very dirty? Wouldn’t stay again. I have travelled the world and have never had this issue, this was the dirtiest room I’ve had but what’s worse is the terrible service and attitude of staff

Was an amazing experience, was my first time on the island and i feel in love with it.
