We had a great stay. Nice, big room which is cleaned daily, large shower, airconditioning in both living and bed room. Nice pool, good location in a nice little town with some good tavernas, and good for exploring the northern part of the island. Owner is very friendly and helpful.
We had such a lovely stay. The place was exceptionally clean. The pool was immaculate Nothing was too much trouble for Aphrodite the host. I’d definitely go back!

Afroditi the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful with information . The room was cleaned regularly with the sheets & towels changed. it also has a beautiful pool. Ideal location for exploring the island & has beautiful views of the bay. We really enjoyed our stay & Afroditi was always there to help with anything you need.

Very comfortable stay, Afroditi is an amazing host, so friendly & generous with her time & suggestions. The best food I've had on the island was in Efimia!! Perfect location, walking everywhere around the local harbour, cafes, restaurants, market & pharmacy. Great base to drive to all the local attractions for the day (Day trips in Asos or Antisami & visit to Melessani Cave & an abandoned Village!) then back to the hotel to relax in the harbour for dinner.

We selected this place for one night as we were arriving from another island. The location was great, close to mini-markets, restaurants, Sami port, etc. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy any of the amenities (e.g. pool) nor the appliances, so we are not comment on this. We also did not interacted with the reception, as it was closed when we arrived (9 pm) and closed when we left (9am next day). However there was a phone number at the door and luckily we had a local simcard so we were able to communicate with someone that in less than 10min arrived with the keys. The room was OK and seems to be under some upgrading/renovation. The washroom was clean but had a very bad smell, I guess coming from the pipes. The bedroom was clean but the mattress was uncomfortable. The towels were very rough and definitely need to be replaced. The comments are based on our experience, and take in consideration we stayed at the property for 12h more or less. These "items to be fixed"/adjustments as very easy to be fixed, and I am positive that management will work on these to make Greka a great place to stay.
The room was fine and seems to be slowly upgrading. Some parts are clearly brand new (tape on) and some furniture or appliances are very old. Place will be excellent I'm sure very soon. Very friendly owner
