"Lovely place in the middle of nature, but close to the motorway. A few details need correcting."

Clean room, good breakfast, all fine.

The room had a blinking, bright smoke detector on the ceiling. It is an absurd thing I've seen nowhere else and created discomfort at night. I think that if someone suffers from epilepsy, it can be a real danger.

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet serene setting close to the motorway."

We were visiting my family's ancestral home in Mangone. The hotel L'Isola Di Aurora was an excellent location for us (about a 10 minute drive on the A-2 motorway. We enjoyed the breakfast, "Happy Hour" specials and the dinner at the hotel.

All was good.

"Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel, in the magical region of our ancestors."

Gorgeous, charming property amid beautiful verdant mountains. The hotel has everyone one might need, including beautifully decorated rooms, courteous, truly lovely and helpful staff, a restaurant/bar that serves really nice food, a swimming pool and beautiful parks. You will need a car to move around the region with ease, but if you don't have one, the reception is really helpful for arranging taxis to drive one around. We can't wait to go back.
