La sobrecama estaba rota, las toallas sucias y el baño dejaba un poco que desear. Al estar al lado de la carretera se oye todo el ruido.

It would have been cute if it had been clean and not damaged.

There was damage to the stairs, the sink area, and they had a mice infestation. We found droppings on the beds and all around the place, there was a frog in the sink and they straight up left a window open.

Found open upon waking up in the morning - no locks on bathroom door - bathroom sink too small…water from faucet ends up over the edge of sink - all towels & sheets were dirty - coffee maker was filthy - filthy pool: green, water - refrigerator: shelves broken - no closet - ants & cockroach

Property Manager Picked up the phone when called

Horrific Experience!! When we arrived the house didnt look anything like the photos nor was it two separate bedrooms with a full kitchen, it was instead one big open room with stairs and a partial kitchen (no cooktop or oven). The outside looked like used to be a crack den. On the beds were blankets with mouse poop on them, in the kitchen there was tons of mouse poop in the corner to the left of the kitchen sink, horrific. We immediately let the property manager (“Gary”) know and sent him photos, he tried to give us a the nextdoor house, which was similarly in a poor state with unmade beds and general grimey feel. I let him know we wanted a refund and we left that night. he told me to contact booking.com for the refund. it has been over a month of requests but the property never issued a refund, Booking.com did give us a small amount (15%) back as a credit. DO NOT TRUST THIS PROPERTY
