Preis/Leistung der Zimmer war gut. Lage für einen Messebesch perfekt.

Frühstück: zu wenig Personal? Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, waren schmutzig. Die Krümmel wurden einfach auf den Boden gewichst. Keine Tassen und Teller vorhanden, Buffet nicht aufgefüllt.... Lift war lange defekt.

Insgesamt gut. Mitarbeiter wirkten genervt. Zimmer sehr gut. Samstag Abend 23 Uhr: die Hotelbar war schon geschlossen 😵 Bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur waren auf den Bildschirmen in Lobby und Frühstücksraum Kaminfeuer zu sehen 😨

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und freundliches Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral mit guter Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt

Leider war es im Zimmer ziemlich warm und die Klimaanlage hat gefühlt nicht wirklich funktioniert (man muss aber auch sagen, dass es tagsüber 35 grad draußen hatte). Zusätzlich war das Zimmer neben Bahnschienen und es kam oft Güterverkehr vorbei

Tolle Lage, in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bushaltestelle zum Frankfurter Hbf nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt). Das Zimmer war schön und groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Minibar bei der Ankunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem weil es über 30 Grad warm war. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Der Fernsehempfang war sehr schlecht oder funktionierte größtenteils gar nicht, aber wir konnten damit leben :). Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.
