Didn’t find out till we got there that the pool was been renovated,it said on the notice board that the pool would be ready for 30/11/2024 then they changed it to 5/12/2024 then changed it again to the 7/12/2024 they changed it again till the 10/12/2024. We left the hotel on the 12/12/2024 pool still not ready. Hadn’t changed the date still showing the 10/12/2024.Breakfast was abysmal no butter just margarine fried eggs or boiled bread was tasteless, I was booked for breakfast for the two weeks tried it twice with wife worst breakfast we have ever had.bath room shower curtain kept falling down bathroom towel rail hanging off the wall,some mornings shower water was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I’m also surprised that booking.com rates the hotel as 4 star personally I’d give it a 2.

Good location, huge space BUT this would be considered more of a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars. Rain shower, TV were not working. There were small roaches in the living room that appeared when there were food being left open. The hotel was extremely dated as well. Swimming pool was still under renovatio... for goodness knows how many months already. Even the massage was located at their sister hotel, Ashlee Plaza. Only good thing is the hotel was located nearby many eateries and not too far from the shopping mall or beach. For the price paid, I would at least expect things to be in working order. Though the service was prompt & the staff helpful.

The staff where really great and made my kids experience very fun and joyful

The pool was non operational and there was no communication about if not going to be working as I took my 2 small kids because there was a pool if we new the pool was not working we would of stayed somewhere else as it was going to be a massive part of the holiday for the kids very disappointed in they pool situation

Well when you are on holiday you do t expect your pool to start getting renovated in the mid trio very dissapointing

Mr Jee from travel desk was very helpful with suggestions which were best fit as per our family requirement considering people of all ages and prices charged were very reasonable. He is very helpful. My niece left her phone in the van but he was kind enough to help us retrieve the same.

MrJee,,,,,Phucket Jee Vacation recommended the half day elephant sanctuary, the trip was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed.. The hotel itself is Ashley Heights, rooms fantastic, staff super friendly and helpful. If you are in Phucket, please give this hotel a chance. You won't regret it.

be careful !!!!!!!!!!!! not the same in the photos !!!!!! my booking account is level 3 ! not my first time i book and i never write feedback like this ! the feeling is like in hospital ! all fake , photo , tv , kitchen 0 I changed the place and the reservation was still two days away. I was going to get the wrong idea about the city and swear that I called the booking agency to change the travel destination and the country. But it was all because of this hotel. The country is beautiful and the places are beautiful. Only this hotel is not good.

The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious, the size of the bathtub is good for 2 and the balcony is equipped with couple of lawn chairs and a table.

The location wasn't at the closest to go to the beach or to the mall especially when it was raining almost everyday. Maybe if umbrellas were provided in every room it would be perfect. The bed firmness isn't to my liking.
