Great hotel but shower door needs fixing does not close causing water to accumulate in bath room I enjoyed my stay will come back .

Conveniently located in Central Gaborone for the business traveler. Facilities are clean, Food is good and staff helpful

No airport pick-up despite the fact that I called to let them know that my plane was arriving late. I booked my travel on Travelocity, but when I arrived the hotel couldn't find my reservation because the person who could check "that part" had "knocked off" for the night. They made me pay for the first night again and then refunded me in the morning (minus the transaction fee that I informed them that my credit card company will charge me for the international charge) when they could confirm that I had a reservation. The maintenance person had also "knocked off" already the night when my safe wouldn't open and they told me that I would just have to wait until morning to get my things out of the safe. In the morning, it took over an hour for maintenance to figure out how to open the safe. My team was running a conference there and at the time when the conference was set to start the hotel staff hadn't yet set up the computer cord, the sound system, or gotten the participant supplies in place. The gym is in a tiny room with a broken air conditioner. On the bright side: my room was nice and comfortable with a (loud) AC. Location in Main Mall in Gaborone makes it nice to soak up some "local color."

I last visited the President Hotel (Cresta Marakanelo) in the late '80s and stayed at the hotel for a few days. I liked it then. When I came back to Gaborone this time I chose to go back to the President Hotel. It is central and has a number of facilities/services/amenities in the Main Mall which I found to be quite useful. The staff are pleasant and they made my stay quite enjoyable.

Personalen är mycket serviceinriktad men hotellet är dåligt underhållet. För det priset ska det inte vara trubbel med nyckelkort, sprickor i fogarna kring badkaret eller lösa skruvar i rummets möbler.

It was great , I enjoyed my stay there.

Hotellet er et udmærket sted at bo, hvis man ankommer til Botswana med Intercape bus, da bussen har holdeplads lige i nærheden. Dejligt personale og rigtig god restaurant.
