The property seems to be so run down and could use some serious maintenance? I’ve never seen broken white bowls in your buffet breakfast, some missing handles? Broken white plates? The morning breakfast buffet looks chaotic and no organization. Staff at the Front Desk are not informed or aware of promotions happening within the Resort? The Fire Dance was spread out by word of mouth among guests….

Maaltijd, je kon niet op voorhand weten, is het buffet aan 800 pesos of a lacarte. Ook tijdens ontbijt en buffet, word het niet regelmatig bijgevuld, ook al ben je vroeg. Geen structuur, allen lopen door elkaar. En bij a la carte, dan is het dit hebben we niet, je moet altijd vragen over wat heb je wel. Slecht.

The Aircondition was making a loud noise and there was a leakage, there was a maintenance came to our room but they didn’t resolve the problem, and they didn’t even transfer us to another room,! We didn’t sleep well… One of the worst hotel experience!

Tv connection is not good

Staff were fantastic very nice accommodating and very pleasant. The beach was phenomenal gorgeous the pool was superior.

Pretty far from other amenities, like restaurants and nightlife, the town, etc. it was expensive. The buffet was sometimes good sometimes not good and they didn’t come and clean the rooms unless you ask them to lots of hills as well on the walk leaving the property very tiring, and they had strict policies that you cannot bring food in, and you cannot order any room You cannot order any room service because there was nothing and not that much food to get not that many selection and the worst thing you’ve things were closed at 9 o’clock

Breakfast is not bad. But a little dis organize to enter breakfast room.

I PAID FOR 7 PEOPLE AND WAS TOLD BREAKFEAST WAS ONLY FOR 6 AND I HAD TO PAY FOR MY 5 YEAR OLD CHILD. I NEARLY GOT ELECTROCUTED BY TURNING ON THE LAMP WHICH ENDED UP BURNING THE TABLE. THE FOOD WAS DISCUSTING. YOU COULD NOT SEND THE KIDS ON THE JUMPING CASTLE WITHOUT PAYING. EVERYTHING WAS OVERPRICED.
