Location, ambience, food

Dining area smells of food remained on our clothes as we left for work. Was unpleasant.

Friendly, tranquil setting with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful.

It was clean, breakfast was really good, room was cleaned every day. Location is great. Staffs are very helpful and help me carry my all luggages. The dining area is great to relax and eat. Given the prime location, there was no noise. I got my first day breakfast complementary 😊

Given the price (too expensive), the amenities could have been better like good quality toiletries etc. I didn’t see any hair dryer in the room.

The serenity, all the plant life, the art, the rooms. The food.

Très grande chambre. Les repas sont délicieux. L'atmosphère de l'endroit est magique.

Liked the staff and the ambience of the hotel. Rooms 104 and 105 were nicer than 206 and 214 (last time we stayed). I loved the band and the singer on Mother's day. She was great. I like all of the nice artwork around the hotel. We shopped at Global Mamma's and got 10% off thanks to La Villa.

The driver did not show up for 30 minutes even though we booked and confirmed.
