lo mejor que tiene el Hotel es el personal , muy atento y servicial. las puertas del baño causan problemas por que sale agua al resto del sanitario , ojala y lo solucionen

Room service was effective and fast. Room cleaning was great. The bed, sheets, pillows...were exceptionally confortable. TV service was good, blackout curtains were amazing and the sound proof windows helped a lot with outside noises

The gym facilities are limited, maybe having some individual weights would be great, also a more spacious room. Enchiladas suizas were not supposed to be spicy, however they were; tres leches cake was dry and the cover was greasy. Also the fact that the tub couldn't be filled up was somehow disappointing.
